注：該職位社保和公積金交在工廠所在地 - 江蘇無錫 PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/個人能力描述 1.College graduated above. 大專以上學歷。 2.Minimum 3 years sales experience, a technical background is a plus. 不少于3年銷售工作經驗，有技術背景更佳。 3.Strong skills of coordination and communication. 良好的合作及溝通能力。 4.Self-motivated and strong self-learning capability. 有較強的自主性和自學能力。 5.Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application. 較強的英語口語及書寫能力，熟練掌握計算機操作。 6.Willing to travel for business frequently. 能適應經常出差。 7.Teamwork spirit. 有良好的團隊合作精神。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任務和職責 1.Visit and follow up potential customers in the area regularly. 定期拜訪并跟蹤潛在客戶。 2.Keep good relationship with existing customers, especially with those key accounts. 與現有客戶尤其是關鍵大客戶保持良好合作關系。 3.Contact and visit prospect customers to establish business relationship. 接觸和拜訪潛在客戶，建立業務合作關系。 4.Identify new opportunities and analyze market & competition. 尋找新的商機、分析市場行情與競爭形勢。 5.Adequately represent our customers internally and coordinate with colleagues at Boellhoff China and Boellhoff Europe. 在公司內部作為客戶代表與博爾豪夫中國和歐洲的同事進行聯絡溝通。 6.Update sales forecast/plan and get 100% payment on time. 定期更新銷售預測與計劃，及時全額收回貨款。 7.Negotiation with the customer on price, terms and other conditions base on sales principle. 基于內部銷售政策，與客戶就價格，條款及其他商務類條件進行談判。 8.Close collaboration with internal Sales Team and the Purchasing Team. 與內部銷售窗口及采購團隊緊密協作。 9.Responsible for collecting the EHS requirements from customers and feed back to the related department. 負責收集客戶對環境安全方面的要求，并傳遞到公司相關部門。 10.Finish all the other works appointed by superior. 完成上級交付的所有其他工作。
